Woodworks & Cabinetry, Inc.
The company was founded with the purpose of providing
discerning clientele the finest in quality and craftsmanship
for their traditional and contemporary custom designs,
both residential and commercial.
As with most privately held companies, AW&C initially
was quite small 15 years ago with a workforce of only
three men in a 3,000 Sq. ft. building. The company soon
found that ‘on time’ delivery of ‘high
end’ craftsmanship was very much in demand. Designers,
contractors, architects and owners learned of AWC. They
saw AW&C’s finished works and added the company
to their list of providers.
In a period of only five years AW&C’s plant
facilities grew to over 35,000 Sq. ft. with a staff of
approximately 30 employees. By the end of 1998 the company
completed the installation of an 8,000 sq. ft. ‘state
of the art’ finish department which includes fully
filtered sanding stations, twin open spray booths for
base coats, enclosed hepa filtered top coat booth, enclosed
drying chamber oven and an adjoining 6,000 Sq. ft. staging
area.
Over the next several years AW&C continued
to expand technical services installing customized software
for ‘job costing’, production scheduling and
increasing drafting capacity to include rendering and
advanced CAD capabilities.
Today, as in the past, AW&C offers the highest in
quality with on time delivery using competitive pricing.
Add to this the fact that from start to finish AW&C
has the volume capacity to keep all work ‘in house’
and control the progress of each contract.
